Phoenix Contract, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Rich Racosky & Manny Schmaizl for the sole purpose of specializing in providing Senior Living furniture for Nursing Homes & Assisted Living facilities. We represent several major Contract Senior Living & Hospitality furniture manufacturers, covering the NY, NJ, PA, DE, WV and portions of the New England areas.

Realizing that no single furniture manufacturer can meet every need, we made it our goal to find the best products available from a variety of quality furniture companies. We offer our clients a sole sourcing opportunity for purchasing ergonomically designed contract furniture for Senior Living at direct factory prices whenever possible.

Chris Weber is President and owner.  He joined Phoenix Contract in 1996.  Previously, he was the VP of marketing for Integrated Healthcare Furnishings.

Chris covers Key Accounts in Pennsylvania.

Jim Baxter covers Eastern PA & Delaware

Chrysa Hortert covers Western PA & West Virginia 

Jane Madden covers the Philadelphia area & Southern New Jersey

Tom Whitermore covers New York and Northern New Jersey

Rich Racosky works out of the Bethlehem Office handling key accounts in Pennsylvania.
