Phoenix Contract, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Rich Racosky & Manny Schmaizl for the sole purpose of specializing in providing Senior Living furniture for Nursing Homes & Assisted Living facilities. We represent several major contract Senior Living furniture manufacturers, covering the NY, NJ, PA, DE, and portions of the New England areas.

Realizing that no single furniture manufacturer can meet every need, we made it our goal to find the best products available from a variety of quality furniture companies. We offer our clients a sole sourcing opportunity for purchasing ergonomically designed contract furniture for Senior Living at direct factory prices whenever possible.

Joined Phoenix Contract in 2009. In 2018 was promoted to VP of Operations. Believes that teamwork & hard work is the winning formula to a successful business.

Chrysa Hortert

Covering Western Pennsylvania & West Virginia, Chrysa has 30+ years of experience in the Senior Living & Hospitality Industries.

Jane Madden

Jane has been a Rep. in the Senior Living / Healthcare market for 36 years.

Tom began his career in 1987 representing commercial furniture products throughout NY, NJ & PA.

Kris spent 15 years working in the Oil & Gas Industry before making the switch to Contract Furniture sales for the last 29 years. Proud Mother of two adult children & a fur baby as pictured.
