Phoenix Contract, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Rich Racosky & Manny Schmaizl for the sole purpose of specializing in providing Senior Living furniture for Nursing Homes & Assisted Living facilities. We represent several major contract Senior Living furniture manufacturers, covering the NY, NJ, PA, DE, and portions of the New England areas.
Realizing that no single furniture manufacturer can meet every need, we made it our goal to find the best products available from a variety of quality furniture companies. We offer our clients a sole sourcing opportunity for puchasing ergonomically designed contract furniture for Senior Living at direct factory prices whenever possible.
Rich Racosky is President and one of the co-owners. He started Phoenix Contract after working many years with Joerns Healthcare.
Chris Weber is Vice President and co owner. He joined Phoenix Contract in 1996. Previously, he was the VP of marketing for Integrated Healthcare Furnishings.
Tom & Greg Whitermore joined Phoenix Contract in 2008 and cover the New York & New Jersey areas. They have represented furniture manufacturers for over 30 years.

We can coordinate purchasing & warehousing of products in any state in the Continental U.S., and arrange installation for the date you need it.
